All order are processed in Canadian dollars.

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card. If you would like to know more information about payment, please contact us by wechat, red or email.

 

Delivery Service

We offer door to door deliver for GTA area.

We will ship to you if you are out of GTA area. The shipping courier CANNOT be chosen by the customer.

 

Changes/ Cancellation

We do NOT accept any changes/ cancellations after delivering an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible before delivering.

 

Return Policy

We do NOT accept any returns because of the customer’s personal preference. All product are final sales. Please make sure you read the product description, review images and double check the measurements and condition before you purchase. Feel free to contact us anytime via wechat, red and email if you need additional information before purchasing.

 

The following condition accept returning:

  • If you receive an item different from the one you order

 

If your are the condition above, please send us an email within 48 hours to request a return after making sure the conditions below:

  • The return tag is NOT
  • The item has NOT been kept for more than 3 days after you received it.
  • It has NOT been worn, washed or its condition has NOT been altered in anyway.
  • It is NOT missing any accessories it came with.
  • Return your item WITHOUT any notice

 

To request a return or exchange of a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after you received your order through our contact information.

 

We ship all packages with a signature required. If you request for a shipment without a signature required, the recipient will take responsibility for any missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the recipient will take responsibility for all additional re-shipping fees.

退货政策

我们要求顾客购买之前彻底检查所有图片并仔细阅读产品描述。如果需要更详细的信息，在购买前请跟我们联系。不接受顾客单方面理由退货。

 

以下情况接受退货：

您收到的商品与您购买的商品不合符

 

如果您是以上的情况，请在确认收货的48小时内与我们联系

退货前请确认，以下情况不接受退货：

 

  • 商品的标签不在了
  • 确认收货的三天内没有与我们联系
  • 已磨损，已清洗或者其它状况有任何的改变
  • 缺少附带的配件
  • 没有通知我们，擅自退还包裹

 

要求退回，退款和交换有问题的商品时，请在收到订单的商品后的48小时内与我们联系。

我们所有发货的商品都需要署名，如需要发送没有署名的商品包裹，需要顾客承担丢失包裹的责任。如果包裹被拒收或因其他情况无法派送被返回本公司时，由顾客负担邮费即可重新发货。
